Alice Arnold - Careers Leader
Alice has been Careers Leader here at The Kings CE School since June 2018. She is passionate about developing an outstanding Careers programme that supports and enables all young people to achieve their potential and ambition. We play an active part in the Black Country Careers Hub and work effectively alongside colleagues from other schools to ensure our students here at The Kings CE School get first class Careers education.

Carol Facey - Independent Careers Advisor
I am an Independent Career Adviser and work for a company called Stepping Forward. Our aim is to effectively deliver careers information, advice and guidance to young people to maximise their life opportunities by increasing their aspirations and knowledge about Further Education, Higher Education, Apprenticeships and the world of work.
I hold the Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance from the University of East London and have been qualified as a Careers Adviser for over 20 years. I have worked in mainstream and special schools and colleges in the Black Country and Birmingham.
Carol Codner - Careers and Enterprise Coordinator
Carol works for the Education and Business Partnership and is our Enterprise Coordinator. She supports our Careers Programme through developing business links and opportunities for the students here at The King's CE School and supports the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Careers Programme and the Gatsby Benchmarks through the Careers and Enterprise company’s Compass and Tracker tools.
Angela Moore - Black Country Careers Hub Manager
Angela joined the Consortium as School & Business Engagement Officer in July 2016 working as a Coordinator on the Careers & Enterprise Company: Enterprise Adviser Programme, recruiting business leaders to work with schools to improve their careers education strategy. Angela leads the Black Country Careers hub, of which we are a member, and facilitates the developing and sharing of good practice focused around the achievement of the Gatsby Benchmarks.
