We are very grateful to all the volunteers and organisations who work with our students each week. They play an important role in helping us work towards our school vision.

Wolverhampton Police Cadets

The Wolverhampton Police Cadets are based at the King's Church of England School and focus on giving pupils an insight into law enforcement and the importance of protecting the local community. Pupils from many schools within the local area attend the Police Cadets and they have developed into very responsible, determined and ambitious individuals, who have a desire to help and support those in need.

Scholars Programme

The Scholars Programme is run nationally by the Brilliant Club and aims to develop pupil's knowledge and understanding of higher education. KS3 and KS4 pupils involved in the programme take part in two university trips and also work with a PhD tutor before constructing a dissertation based on a specialist topic. The experience ultimately inspires pupils to work towards acquiring a university placement and gives them a newfound sense of direction on their academic journey.

The Eden Team from All Nations Church

Volunteers from All Nations Church join us at certain lunch times each weel to support and get to know students. They are around should you need someone to talk to.

The Engage Trust

The Engage Trust run courses like "Worth It" for small groups of students in school to support with their wellbeing. They also offer mentoring for individuals.

Wolverhampton Music Service

Wolverhampton Music Service works closely with the Music Department providing experienced and knowledgeable music teaching within a wide range of musical instruments. The music service provide not only 1:1 music tuition but also the use of its own facilities and extra-curricular bands which are run at Wolverhampton Music School.

Institute of Physics

This organisation works closely with teachers and students on a weekly basis supporting lessons and learning of our students within Physics KS4.

​Wolverhampton City Council Schools' Annual Diversity Celebration

Wolverhampton City Council work with the music department to bring together secondary and primary schools for a music and dance showcase to celebrate the talent we have within Wolverhampton.
